Christmas At Kingsview Church
Christmas is always a very special time in the life of the Christian community and we pray it will be so this year for the Kingsview church community.
We encourage you to take time during this busy season to join with other people in worshipping Jesus and celebrating his birth. Kingsview Church offers a variety of opportunities for you to do that. We look forward to seeing you during Advent.
Advent Worship services on Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m. will focus on readings from the Gospel of Matthew that help us prepare to celebrate the coming of Jesus to earth and to look forward to his coming again.
The Kingsview Christmas Café on Saturday, December 11, will be an informal time of full, food and fellowship for all ages.
The Christmas Food Hamper Project provides us with an wonderful opportunity to share food and gifts with those who may be struggling to make ends meet during this Christmas season.
Christmas is not a happy occasion for everyone due to losses in their life. A Service of Light for Those who Walk in Darkness at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday evening, December 12 provides comfort and hope for those who mourn.
“Light of the World” is the name of the mini-musical the Choir will sing on Christmas Sunday, December 19.
The Christmas Eve Candle Light Service at 6:30 p.m. is a wonderful time to remember the Christmas story and celebrate its meaning for our lives.
