What happens when God’s people get together to listen to Him and to talk with each other about His plan for His church? God speaks and works through his Holy Spirit to guide and direct the church.
We believe that when we join together to listen to and talk with each other (community) and listen carefully and prayerfully to God (discernment) that God will guide us in the direction he wants us to go (transformation). That is the conviction behind the series of Leadership Development Days that have been held this year.
The result is Spirit-led discernment and decision making. The goal is to discern God’s direction for the future shape of Kingsview Church.
